Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns. You may return unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email us at orders@rationalbooks.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email orders@rationalbooks.comwithin 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Limited Edition. The Star Trek 60th Anniversary Limited Edition is a collector's item and is final sale, except in the case of damaged or defective copies.
